A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
I am a reliable and trustworthy local resident dedicated to caring for your cats and small pets while you are away. Being a pet owner for over 30 years I know how important it is to have your pets (and home) well looked after when you are away.
I offer pop in home visits that can include feeding, play, giving medication, general cuddles and attention to ensure they are happy, safe and well while you are not around.
I also offer boarding / Day care for small to medium dogs in my own home. I will care for your dog like it is my own to ensure it feels loved, safe and happy while in my care.

SERVICES AND FEES
CAT AND SMALL PET FEEDING
Daily or twice daily visits to feed your pets. This will include feeding, some caring attention, medication, brushing, generally ensuring they are happy and well. During this visit we will also water indoor plants, pick up post, lights on or off. Whatever you would like me to do. Daily updates on how your pets are can be given if you would like.

Price per visit:
short visit £10
(up to 15 minutes, feeding medication, and playtime)
longer visit £15
(as per the short visit but longer
time spent with your pet)
length of visit will depend on what is required.

DOG DAY CARE
DAY CARE AVAILABLE WITHIN MY HOME. I ONLY TAKE SMALL TO MEDIUM SIZED DOGS AND A TRIAL DAY IS NECCESARY TO ENSURE YOUR DOG IS HAPPY HERE AND THAT I AM THE RIGHT PERSON FOR HIS/HER NEEDS. THERE WILL ONLY EVER BE A MAXIMUM OF THREE DOGS PLUS MY OWN COCKAPOO AT ANY ONE TIME.
PRE ARRANGED VISITS WITH YOUR DOG ARE WELCOME.

I OFFER OVERNIGHT BOARDING FOR YOUR SMALL TO MEDIUM SIZED DOG AT MY HOME IN WHEATHAMPSTEAD. PLEASE ARRANGE A VISIT WITH YOUR DOG TO SEE THE ENVIRONMENT I OFFER AND DECIDE IF IT IS RIGHT FOR YOUR DOG.

Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured to enter your property and take care of your home and pets. I am also fully insured to care for your dog in my own home.

How do I pay?
For holiday care you will receive an invoice when you return. For regular visits I will invoice you weekly or monthly.

What happens if my pet needs medical attention while I am away?
I will make every effort to contact you or one of your emergency contacts, but I will ensure your pet receives the medical treatment it needs if there is an emergency. (See terms and conditions for more information on this)

What if my pet goes missing while I am away?
you will be contacted, and a suitable plan put into place to ensure the best chances of your pet being found safe and well.

Will you clear up after my pet if they are sick or have soiled the house?
yes, if there is obvious mess that your pet had created i will wipe it away so your pet is in a clean environment while under my care.

What if there is a problem in my home that is not pet related?
I will do everything I can to contact you or your emergency contact. I will also do what i can to ensure your house is safe and secure in event of unforeseen emergency.

Will you keep me updated on how my pet is while I am away?
absolutely! texts, photos, whatever you like. this can be done on every visit if you like.

might there be extra charges?
Any emergency vet treatment that I have had to pay for will be invoiced back to you. extra visits that have had to take place if your pet is sick and requires extra visits will also be added to total bill. (Discussion with you first wherever possible)
